Anisha Patel, DDS
Dr. Anisha Patel was born in Shawnee, KS. She graduated from Shawnee Mission Northwest, where she was selected as a National Merit Scholar and opted to attend the University of Kansas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from KU and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, graduating summa cum laude.
Following dental school, Dr. Patel was accepted into Wichita State’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency. During this year-long program, she was able to learn from several amazing clinicians and advance her skills in both restorative and surgical dentistry. Here, she learned many of the skills she uses daily with a special focus and training in cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitations, and surgical placement and restoration of dental implants. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Patel is very family oriented and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Travis, and their two dogs, Gus and Rosie. She loves watching and attending sporting events and is an avid Kansas City sports fan. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Ann
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ann graduated with a BA in Biology from the University of Kansas and later obtained a BS in Dental Hygiene from UMKC. She has been providing quality care to patients in this practice for over 20 years – seeking to treat each patient with kindness and respect while teaching them about their oral health.
Ann and her husband, Kurt, have three daughters. When not at work, you will likely find her with her family enjoying the great outdoors, traveling, or on a mission trip!
Becky
Registered Dental Hygienist
Becky is a seasoned dental hygienist from Kansas City with nearly three decades of valuable experience in the world of dentistry. With her wealth of knowledge, she’s dedicated to building trust with patients and educating them on oral health.
Beyond her work, Becky’s adventurous spirit takes her on exciting travels, and she’s always up for a round of golf. Her love for shopping and cooking keeps her creativity alive, while cherished moments with family and friends are a priority. Home in Kansas City, Becky shares her abode with two lively dogs, adding more zest to her vibrant life.
Carmen
Dental Assistant
With over 25 years of experience in dentistry, Carmen’s passion for helping people achieve their dental goals and witnessing the power of a transformed smile has made her a beloved dental assistant. She thrives on patients’ satisfactory results and cherishes hearing their stories. Meet Carmen and you encounter a dental professional with extensive experience, genuine care, and a deep appreciation for people.
In addition to her career, Carmen finds great joy as a mother. She takes immense pride in watching her children excel, whether it’s Sophie on the softball field, Mae’s studies at MU, or their shared love for sports. As a dedicated mother, Carmen considers it her best accomplishment.
Ginny
Dental Assistant
Ginny grew up in St. Joseph, MO, and attended college at MWSU, completing her Basic Skills at Ozark Technical College. With over 11 years of experience in the dental field, she takes pride in putting adults and children at ease when it comes to oral health care. She is a valuable asset to our office and loves working alongside Dr. Patel and her team. What she enjoys most is getting to interact with patients while helping them improve their smiles.
Ginny and her husband Caleb have two beautiful girls, Kyleigh and Aspen, who enjoy cheerleading and gymnastics. Outside of work, she loves watching them perform and compete. They otherwise stay busy with CrossFit and enjoying the outdoors. Also HUGE Chiefs fans and spend their Sundays watching the game! GO CHIEFS!
Travis
Director of Operations & Technology
Travis plays a key role in keeping Twin Creeks Family Dentistry running smoothly. With 20+ years in technology and problem-solving and a PhD in Chemical Engineering (materials science and data analysis), he brings a thoughtful, behind-the-scenes approach, simplifies operations, supports the team, and manages practice technology to create a welcoming patient experience.
Outside of the office, Travis enjoys playing disc golf and is an active member of the Kansas City disc golf community. He and his wife, Dr. Anisha Patel, enjoy spending time with their two dogs, Gus and Rosie. Originally from Maine, Travis brings a friendly, down-to-earth perspective to everything he does.
Holly
Front Office Manager, EFDA
With three impressive decades of experience in the field, Holly has a passion for patient communication, ensuring a smooth operations and providing the best experience to all. Holly takes great pride in the positive impact she has on patients’ lives, feeling proud to see them leave with big smiles or tears of joy, knowing they are pain-free or have finally achieved their dream smile.
Beyond her work, Holly finds true joy in her personal life. She is happily married to her loving husband Kirk and cherishes time spent with their two daughters, Kasten and Ella. During downtime, you’ll find Holly by the lake, on the golf course, or passionately cheering on KU or the Chiefs with her family, making the most of every moment!
Brittany
Front Office Admin, DA
Brittany has experience in dental assisting and now excels in our front office. She’s always ready with a warm welcome! Originally from Phoenix, AZ, she moved to Manhattan, KS, at a young age before recently settling in Kansas City. Her true passion is helping people achieve their dream smiles. She finds immense fulfillment in meeting new people and guiding them through their dental experience.
Beyond work, Brittany enjoys quality time with family and friends, indulging in movies and reading, and passionately supporting her favorite team, K-State. She is here not just to assist but to make your visit comfortable, welcoming, and memorable.
